A more skilled and connected workforce.
Despite unprecedented access to information, countless professionals remain isolated, struggling to keep up with rapid technological changes. We envision a future where vibrant learning communities drive professional development and ensure workers are equipped to thrive in a fast-evolving economy. RallyBoard was founded to combat the loneliness epidemic and build a more skilled and connected workforce.

Core Values
Building an enduring company means weighing trade offs every single day; at RallyBoard, our Core Values are the lens through which we make decisions. We believe that good core values have downsides. In stating these values, we are consciously making decisions to do one thing over another.
⭐️ We take initiative and move fast.
⚖️ …sometimes we get it wrong—but we adjust, and keep going.
⭐️ We commit to less so we can deliver more.
⚖️ …but we often say no to fun (and shiny) ideas.
⭐️ We obsess over customer success.
⚖️ …even when it costs us short term revenue or recognition.
⭐️ We deeply value feedback and learning.
⚖️ …and we do less celebrating of what we already know.
⭐️ We savor the experience of building.
⚖️ …and burnout isn't a badge of honor—it’s a red flag.
